Refund Policy

At APDTI Network, we are committed to offering high-value services that support the growth of the Digital Technology Industry in Andhra Pradesh. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payments or commitments:

• 1. Membership Fees

  • ➤ All membership fees paid to APDTI Network are non-refundable.
  • ➤ Membership once activated will remain valid for the applicable period and cannot be cancelled or transferred.
  • ➤ In case of duplicate payments or errors in transactions, refunds will be processed upon verification within 15 working days.

• 2. Event/Program Registrations

  • ➤ Fees paid towards participation in APDTI-organized events, and or workshops are non-refundable, except in cases of event cancellation or rescheduling by the organizers.
  • ➤ In such cases, participants will be eligible for a full refund or may choose to transfer their registration to a future event.

• 3. Refund Method

  • ➤ All approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment.
  • ➤ Processing charges, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.
